  • Natural Materials: Many of our products are handcrafted from 100% solid hardwood and natural rosewood. Due to the organic nature of these materials, variations in grain, color, and "live-edge" contours are expected and celebrated as a mark of authenticity.
  • Uniqueness: No two pieces are identical. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item received may have slight natural variations from the product photography.


2. Orders & Payments

  • Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors or stock limitations.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in full through our secure payment gateways before orders are processed for shipment.



3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and the handcrafted nature of the item.
  • Damages: Upon delivery, please inspect your items immediately. Any damage during transit must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographic evidence.



4. Returns & Refunds

  • Policy: Due to the bespoke and heavy nature of our furniture, returns are generally accepted only for manufacturing defects or structural issues.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made orders or items damaged through improper care (as outlined in the product care instructions) are not eligible for return.



5. 2-Year Structural Warranty

  • Coverage: We provide a 2-year structural warranty on all major furniture pieces. This covers structural integrity and manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover natural aging of the wood, sun damage, moisture damage, or normal wear and tear resulting from failure to follow provided care instructions.


6. Limitation of Liability

Benjamin Brice Safari Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
